Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on vidyalya.in for the digital product “Modern Communication for Men in India” offered by Zenith Vidyalya Private Limited (CIN: U85500HR2024PTC120388).
2. Nature of Product
This is a digital product. Once purchased and access is granted via email, the product is considered delivered. Due to the nature of digital goods, the product cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.
3. Refund Policy
General Rule: All sales are final. Since this is a digital product with instant delivery, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted.
Exception — Technical Issues: If you experience genuine technical issues that prevent you from accessing the product, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- You must provide details of the technical issue (screenshots, error messages, device/browser information).
- Our technical team must verify that the issue is on our end and cannot be resolved.
- You must not have accessed or downloaded a substantial portion of the content.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Before payment: You may cancel at any time before completing payment. No charges will apply.
- After payment: Since the digital product is delivered instantly via email, cancellation is not possible after payment is processed. The refund policy (Section 3) applies.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at hello@vidyalya.in with the following information:
- Your full name and registered email address
- Order ID or transaction reference number
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
- Screenshots or details of technical issues (if applicable)
6. Refund Processing
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 3–5 business days of receipt.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Payment gateway processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount as per the gateway provider’s terms.
7. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Change of mind after accessing the content
- Failure to use the product after purchase
- Dissatisfaction with the content (results may vary based on individual application)
- Request made after the 7-day window
- Providing incorrect email address resulting in non-delivery
