Zenith Vidyalya Private Limited sells digital products only. No physical goods are shipped, stored, or delivered via courier or postal services.
Our product, “Modern Communication for Men in India”, is an electronic/digital educational guide delivered via email.
2. How Delivery Works
- Instant delivery: Upon successful payment, you will receive an email at your registered email address with access details (download links and/or online access credentials).
- Delivery time: Within 15 minutes of successful payment confirmation.
- Delivery method: Email with secure access links.
- No physical shipping: There are no shipping charges, courier services, or physical deliveries involved.
3. Delivery Issues
If you do not receive your access details within 15 minutes of payment:
- Step 1: Check your email spam/junk/promotions folder.
- Step 2: Verify the email address you provided during purchase is correct.
- Step 3: Contact us at hello@vidyalya.in with your name, registered email, and transaction ID.
We will resend your access details within 24 hours of receiving your support request.
4. Delivery Confirmation
Delivery is considered complete when the access email is sent to your registered email address. Our email delivery system logs all outgoing emails for verification purposes.
5. Important Notes
- We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect email addresses provided by the buyer.
- Email delivery may be delayed due to email server issues beyond our control.
- Access links have a validity period. Please download/access your content promptly.
- Do not share your access links with others. Each purchase grants a single-user licence.
