These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website vidyalya.in and the digital products and services offered by Zenith Vidyalya Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with CIN: U85500HR2024PTC120388, having its registered office at H.NO-310, OLD PLOT NO-8, GALI NO.80, SANJAY COLONY, JawaharColony Faridabad, Haryana 121005.

By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Product Description

We offer “Modern Communication for Men in India”, a digital educational product consisting of an 8-chapter guide with bonus materials. The product is delivered electronically via email to your registered email address after successful payment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase our products. If you are under 18, you may only use our services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Payment Terms

• The product is priced at &rupee;499 + 18% GST (total &rupee;589 approximately), payable in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Payment is processed securely through Razorpay and/or Cashfree, which are PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
• We do not store your payment card details. All payment data is handled directly by the payment gateway providers.
• A GST-compliant invoice will be sent to your registered email address upon successful payment.
• All prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect already completed purchases.

5. Digital Product Delivery

• Upon successful payment, you will receive access details at your registered email address within 15 minutes.
• If you do not receive access within 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder and contact us at hello@vidyalya.in.
• We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect email addresses provided by the buyer.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, frameworks, methods, and course materials in the Modern Communication for Men in India guide, is the intellectual property of Zenith Vidyalya Private Limited and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and other applicable Indian laws.

• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to access and use the purchased content for your own personal development.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicence, publicly display, or create derivative works from the content.
• Any unauthorised use, copying, or distribution of our content may result in legal action.
